David Crockett OD

Dr. Crockett attended the Pacific University, College of Optometry where he received his Doctor of Optometry in 1982. He additionally completed advanced training in Specular Magnification and Aniseikonia, Vision Related Learning Disabilities, Advanced Contact Lenses and Sports Vision.

He has been a volunteer medical practitioner for the Dominican Republic Eye Projects, Christian Medical Society, 1983 and 1984. Tammy Gray, O.D.

Dr. Gray attended New England College of Optometry where she received her Doctor of Optometry in 2006. She performed her residency in Ocular Disease and Surgical Co-Management.

Dr. Gray participated in the Volunteer Optometric Students for Humanities which traveled to Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic to give free eyecare and glasses to those in need. She is professionally affiliated with the American Optometric Association Contact Lens and Cornea Section, the American Academy of Optometry, the Colorado Optometric Association and the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.

Lana, Lakewood Receptionist

Lana is the receptionist at our Lakewood office. She schedules appointments, pulls insurance authorizations and orders contact lenses.

Dede Jaudon-Belvin, ABO certified optician

Dede is ABO certified and has over 20 years experience in the optical business. She coordinates the lab and optical to ensure the quality of our products.

Barbara, Optician

Barbara is a frame stylist/optician at our Lakewood office.

Wendy, Littleton receptionist

Wendy is our front desk receptionist in the Littleton office. She schedules appointments and preauthorizes medical testing for patients.

Ashley, Optician

Ashley is our Optician and Office Manager at the Littleton Office.

Beth Kloska, Receptionist

Beth is our part-time Littleton and Lakewood receptionist and insurance specialist. She has over 10 years experience in the medical field.

Mollie

Mollie is our newest addition to the practice. She is currently helping out with the optical in both offices.
