David Crockett OD

Dr. Crockett attended the Pacific University College of Optometry where he received his Doctorate of Optometry in 1982. He additionally completed advanced training in Specular Magnification and Aniseikonia, Vision Related Learning Disabilities, Advanced Contact Lenses and Sports Vision.

He has been a volunteer medical practitioner for the Dominican Republic Eye Projects, Christian Medical Society, 1983 and 1984.

Tammy Gray, O.D.

Dr. Gray is a Colorado native. After receiving her bachelor's in Microbiology at Colorado State University she went on to attend the New England College of Optometry where she received her Doctorate of Optometry in 2006. She completed her residency in Ocular Disease and Surgical Co-Management at Eye Care Associates of Nevada in 2007, and has been an Associate of Dr. Crockett's since January of 2008.

While in school Dr. Gray participated in the Volunteer Optometric Students for Humanities which traveled to Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic to give free eyecare and glasses to those in need. She is professionally affiliated with the American Optometric Association, the Colorado Optometric Association and the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.
